Dear Member of the Plan Commission:
Enclosed is the General Development Plan for Horeb’s Corners. Since the Village of Mount Horeb does not have a formal PUD/PDD application form, the City of Madison’s PUD/PDD application was referenced to determine an appropriate style for formatting. We then modified Madison’s organizational structure to distinguish which information is most appropriate at the time of General Development submittal and which information is more pertinent at the time of Specific Implementation Plan submittal.
The following is the process we would like to follow in receiving the necessary approvals for Horeb’s Corners:
Planned Development District Process
(1) General Development Plan conceptual approval subject to the submittal and
approval of a Preliminary Plat
(2) Preliminary Plat prepared for the entire project
(3) Final Plat prepared for each entire phase of the development
(4) Specific Implementation Plan detailed final plan prepared for each project within
An SIP will be produced for EACH commercial, mixed-use,
multi-family project and all other use in the development.
